Omnisphere Signalo is a soundset for Spectrasonics’ power synth Omnisphere 2.6, containing 100 cinematic patches and 20 custom soundsources, ranging from modular synths to cello recordings.

The majority of Omnisphere Signalo patches were created for a collaboration with BAFTA and Ivor Novello nominated composer David Housden for a custom project.

The main influences for this library were Cliff Martinez’s work on Solaris and Drive as well as the unique Arrival score composed by the late, great Icelandic composer Jóhann Jóhannsson.

All those influences resulted in a collection of unique sounds with organic character with plenty of acoustic soundsources processed in a variety of ways – some more traditional sounding and some mangled and transported to another sonic world.

As usual, patches are carefully programmed with detailed modulation capabilities, offering much more detail per every preset, controlled usually by CC#1 or velocity.

Omnisphere Mondo is a library for Spectrasonics’ power synth Omnisphere 2.6, containing 220 cinematic patches with 25 instantly inspiring multis, designed to get you started right away.

In addition to Omnisphere sound sources, Omnisphere Mondo adds 100 new sound sources, created specifically for Mondo using the finest modular and analogue synths, as well as various acoustic instruments (including upright piano, guitars, mandolin, and percussion) and even an old Olivetti typewriter.

Omnisphere Mondo is the most comprehensive collection by MIDIssonance yet – it’s full of carefully crafted sounds that will instantly inspire new ideas – from soft and indispensable textural elements to aggressive hits, underscore percussion beds and ticky loops, trailer accents and driving sequences. Omnisphere Kubo is a soundset for Spectrasonics’ power synth Omnisphere 2.6, containing 128 cinematic patches.

Majority of Omnisphere Kubo patches were created for the first MIDIssonance collaboration with BAFTA and Ivor Novello nominated composer David Housden for his score for video game Q.U.B.E. 2. Omnisphere Tajdo is a soundset and sample library for Spectrasonics’ power synth Omnisphere 2, containing 120 cinematic patches. Omnisphere Tajdo is all about unique and inspiring pads, textures and atmospheres.

Just like Kinejo & Movado, Omnisphere Tajdo takes the “hybrid” approach – patches are designed both with Omnisphere’s soundsources and 50 new unique-sounding soundsources, carefully recorded and specially processed for use within Omnisphere’s powerful engine. Soundsources were created using a rare Korg synthesiser, a Roland classic and several acoustic and electric instruments (guitars, piano, viola).

Pads and textures are an essential part of any modern cinematic track. Other than atmosphere, they work extremely well as a “glue” that brings cohesion to a track. Pads and textures that come with  Tajdo are crafted in detail to fit in the mix instantly and effortlessly, and to be subtle or to stand out, depending on what your track needs. From analogue, warm, dark and dirty to organic, sparkling, beautiful and evocative, Omnisphere Tajdo covers it all.

All samples are seamlessly looped. Patches are carefully programmed with detailed modulation capabilities, offering much more detail per preset.

Omnisphere Movado is a soundset for Spectrasonics’ power synth Omnisphere 2, containing 128 cinematic patches. Omnisphere Movado is all about rhythm, drive and movement. Just like Kinejo, Movado takes the “hybrid” approach – patches are designed both with Omnisphere’s soundsources and 30 new unique-sounding synth soundsources, carefully recorded and processed for use within Omnisphere’s powerful engine.

While Omnisphere 2 is not a full-blown sampler like Native Instruments Kontakt or UVI Workstation, its powerful import and processing capabilities allow for much creativity when using any sound source, simple or complex. A rare Korg synth, Arturia MiniBrute and several other synthesisers were used in the sound source creation process. Patches are made with cinematic music in mind, but they’re also very suitable for electronic and ambient.

Ranging from calm and subtle to driving and thunderous, patches are designed to instantly spark new ideas and add movement to the existing ones out of the box.

Omnisphere Symmetry is the first soundset by MIDIssonance for Spectrasonics’ power synth Omnisphere 2, containing 128 patches. While Omnisphere Symmetry has a lot of darker pulsating arp basslines, sequences and textures, it’s certainly capable of lighter, beautiful character reminiscent of Sigur Rós and Jeremy Soule’s Elder Scrolls scores. Omnisphere Symmetry is aimed at composition for media (film/TV/trailers/games), but is also very useful for genres like ambient and post-rock.
